Description of Activities: Whether you are interested in Karate & the martial arts as a way of life, of getting or staying fit, for sport, to improve self protection or just for a challenge we would like to give you the chance to achieve your goals & invite you to join us at Zanshin-Kai. We welcome all beginners from six years upwards, and those with previous experience who wish to return to karate.
