On Sunday 26th of November Parish Youth from Aycliffe Parish held a Royal Banquet to celebrate the Feast of Christ the King. Preparing , feeding and entertaining 36 members of the Parish. Amazing young people with a commitment to helping others – giving up their weekend for others and enjoying all that, that dedication brings.
A banquet it was indeed with everyone enjoying the food faithfully prepared. We then had flute and cornet playing, poetry, jokes, advent reflections and singing. Ending with a game of crowns or tails.
Young people to be proud of – and we are – incredibly proud. Thanks from us all xxx
