Woodham’s Leadership Academy students recently had the opportunity to attend a Key Stage 3 workshop at Palace Green Library, Durham.
The workshop focused on how the Normans enforced their rule and considered why Durham was so important at the time. The session also included a guided tour of Durham Castle, from the Durham University Learning and Engagement team, where students learnt about it’s remarkable history.
