Newtonians Lewis Parker and Dave Ryan were both part of a local Mixed Martial Arts Show held in Willington last weekend. Both fighters who train in various martial arts won their bouts, Lewis by unanimous decision and Dave by KO again! (He also won his first fight by KO).
Both lads trained very hard for their fights and deserve every bit of the glory! They train regularly with Dave Cunliffe, John Paul Cockrill, and Jack Roberts. Dave Ryan even made the trip over to see UFC veteran Davey Grant for extra training!
