The Hall Garth Hotel Darlington is pleased to announce the arrival of new Restaurant Manager Walid Shennib who has twenty years experience under his wing.
Walid began his catering career at the Blackwell Grange Hotel as a waiter whilst studying at University, little did he know at this stage it would become his lifelong passion. At 25 he became Restaurant Manager of Scotch Corner Hotel looking after the catering operation. At Redworth Hall Hotel paths crossed with Pam Mooney who is General Manager at Hall Garth Hotel. Then onto Tall Trees for 11 years as Restaurant Manager continuing his hospitality journey.
Being passionate about customer expectations, care and dining experience is the focus of Walid’s ethos for being within the industry. To provide a great dining experience where our clients feel comfortable and satisfied coupled with delivery of great service. These are what Walid brings to the table along with his team.
