Through the kind generosity of Wilko customers and staff the Dogs Trust were presented with three trolleys full of treats and food.
Rebecca and Trixie from the Dogs Trust, came to Wilko’s in Newton Aycliffe to collect the goods. Trixie has now left for her forever home, but was given a tasty treat when she got back for being so helpful.
Rebecca said “it is through the support from such businesses as Wilko, and their kind customers, that we are able to care for so many dogs and ensure they find their forever home”.
Donations for the Digs Trust will be accepted in Newton Aycliffe Wilko store until 30th April.
