Family Fun Day
Join us for our Free Family Fun Day, Thursday 31 October 2019, 10.00 to 14.00. We will have lots of family friendly activities to enjoy and take part, including pumpkin carving, crafts, stalls, Punch and Judy and magician.
Memory Gardening / Café
Do you have dementia or know someone with dementia? Join this weekly group that alternates weekly between a Memory Café and Memory Gardening every Monday. Enjoy the benefits of both indoor and outdoor activities, while meeting new people in a relaxing social group for those with memory problems and their carers. The Memory Garden group also meet every Wednesday.
Pilates Guru
Enjoy a relaxing, but challenging, physical exercise to strengthen the mind and body by introducing yourself to Beginners Pilates on Tuesday’s at 11.00 am or 6.45pm, or Wednesday’s 7.00pm. Or you can challenge yourself further with the intermediate classes on Monday’s 7.00pm, Tuesday’s 5.30pm, Wednesday’s 5.45 pm. The Pilates Guru also delivers a men’s session, Tuesday 8.00pm. Hula Exercise
Hula Hoop your way into fitness with our disco-style exercise class! Have a blast with friends while twisting up a sweat! The perfect way to have fun and reduce stress whilst losing weight!
Upbeat Chair Aerobics
Liz Jolly Fitness will help you improve your physical fitness in this low impact class using a chair and other equipment as a prop.
Nordic Walking
Get to know the local area with Liz Jolly Fitness Nordic Walking Group. With walking poles provided, improve your fitness and have fun in a social exercise group.
Tai Chi
Steve Wilkinson will take you through a graceful form of exercise used for stress reduction and a variety of other health related problems; promoting serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
Tea and Talk

Join us for our Tea and Talk event, which will mark World Mental Health Day. The event is taking place Thursday 10th October, 10.00 am – 1.00 pm.

Technology has become essential in everyday work & life. It is also now essential for unemployed clients to be able to search and apply for jobs online and to claim benefit entitlements – so don’t get left behind!
