The Commonwealth Games in Glasgow has seen British Badminton enjoy a lot of success over the past 2 weeks with Team England exceeding their target of 3 medals by winning 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals.
The stand out performance of this was the Mixed Doubles in which Chris & Gabby Adcock made history becoming the first husband and wife pair to win Commonwealth Gold in badminton beating team mates Chris Langridge & Heather Oliver.
In addition to these performances, in the Mens Singles Rajiv Ouseph who just missed out on a medal finishing 4th as did Chris Adcock and Andy Ellis in the Mens Doubles.
The other British Medal was won by Scotlands Kirsty Gilmour (a Silver Medal in the Ladies Singles).
