Walking Netball is a slowed down version of the game of netball, designed for anyone looking to exercise in a relaxed, supportive and friendly environment.
In each session you’ll get the chance to practice skills as well as getting an opportunity to play in a game. A game of Walking Netball is for all ages and abilities and every session contains a gentle warm up.
Newton Aycliffe Leisure Centre, in partnership with England Netball, offered a FREE Walking Netball taster session on Monday 4th June, at 10.30-11.30am, with regular weekly sessions taking place from the following week costing £3.00.
