Newton Aycliffe Women’s Institute members celebrated their 15th Birthday with a lovely meal organised by the committee, and a good time was had by everyone. They just can’t stop the celebrations as last week members, along with their families and friends celebrated WI’s 100th year by nearly taking over the whole of the ELACHI Indian restaurant in the Town Centre,
We would like to thank the Manager and his staff most sincerely for helping us to enjoy the evening; also to members of Bishop Auckland Hospital Radio who tested our knowledge with the Quiz they arranged for us!
