Vane Road pupils took part in Sedgefield Primary Olympics which were held in the community college in Sedgefield on Tuesday 30th June. The Athletics Team, which consisted of pupils in years 3 and 4 showed great determination and they emerged victorious in all of their events. The school’s Basketball Team continued their successful season by also winning their competition. The team didn’t concede a single basket in their run of 6 games at the event. A proud Mr Cant, who is head of P.E, was thrilled with the achievements of his sporting teams. Well done Vane Road Primary!
