Collections arranged at a time and day to suit you and are free of charge from anywhere within County Durham.
As families on low incomes continue to struggle to furnish their homes, in order to help, we take your furniture and white goods to our Newton Aycliffe Workshop, refurbish it and offer it at affordable prices.
We offer this service to support people across the North of England to live independently. Our furniture scheme is a Social Enterprise which offers opportunities for people to furnish their homes at a reasonable cost, access employment and training opportunities and reduce waste to landfill.
DISC Furniture Scheme is a non profit making service – furniture sales cover the operating costs of the scheme only.
