On Friday 21st June around lunchtime a grey haired lady in a tartan jacket was spotted stealing begonia plants from the roadside flower bed on Central Avenue.
She took care to take the complete plant including the roots before making her way home via Shield Walk. All that remained was the vacant hole in the ground!
