Next weekend, The Turbinia will be running its second Beer Festival. It will feature up to 15 different ‘craft’ beers and 2 ‘craft’ ciders from local & nationwide micro-breweries. A full range of beers will be available, milds, bitters, porters, blonde, ruby, etc, with varying strengths. Three brand new beers will be making their debut at the festival.
Beers available in 2 rooms, one quiet for the craic, and the other room will feature free entertainment all weekend.
Friday night – ‘Open-Mic’ featuring some great local talent, all players welcome.
Saturday night – ‘This Machine’ one of the pubs favourite bands, a GREAT night guaranteed !!!
Sunday 4pm – ‘Big Red & The Grinners’ – top band from ‘Stormin The Castle’. First band booked for their 25th anniversary this year. Starred on the main stage at ‘The Bulldog Bash’ Europes biggest bike rally and played a HUGE gig at ‘The Sage’.
