Councillor Bill Blenkinsopp is getting very angry and mystified over the parking of a low loader truck near his house, blocking the road and causing damage to the village green at great cost to taxpayers.
Motorists are having to drive onto the green to get by the vehicle which is constantly parked there and no one knows to whom it belongs.
Bill has complained many times to the Police and Council, to no avail, after the truck has been parked there for the last 6 weeks. It is parked there during the day, taken away at night, returning next day.
