Pupils at Vane Road Primary are celebrating after achieving super sporting success.
The school athletics team triumphed in the Sportshall Athletics Tournament at the Leisure Centre, achieving first place.
The netball team, who have only trained for six weeks, won the SSP League at Ferryhill Comprehensive and later that week the football team completed the hat-trick by winning their League, they also won the best team award for great sportsmanship throughout the whole tournament.
All the staff and pupils at Vane Road Primary are very proud of their sporting stars.
