Over 40 town organisations have registered to participate in the Free Community Fair organised by the town’s  Rotary Club as part of Aycliffe Festival 3rd – 12th July.
This is an important event for all town clubs, groups, sports, cultural, schools, performing arts to showcase and promote themselves to the wider community.
This is an ideal opportunity to recruit new members and raise awareness of your particular activity.
The Fair is open from 10am till 4pm and in addition to all the interesting stalls has a performing area for those organisations who wish to give a demonstration or perform.
John Melvin, well known local Sound Engineer, has been engaged to provide all the technical equipment and microphones. Performers are asked to bring backing tapes for any musical items.
Town Mayor Mary Dalton will open the Fair at 10am and MP Phil Wilson will be attending.
