Recent news of newts holding back the building of a new Police HQ at Durham and costing £2,000 a day, may have the new Police commissioner reconsidering his approval of a new Police Station in NEWTON AYCLIFFE.
“Chime and Chime” again I read about how sacred the Town Centre clock is to people, so much so that after the demolition of Churchill House it is to be re-erected elsewhere. Give me a break! Most people don’t give a hoot about the boring, annoying monstrosity. Let’s just crush it into the ground with the rest of the building.
May I comment on the horse meat scandal – could it possibly be a terrorist plot by AL-COWEDA?
As for same-sex marriage will gay men be marrying gay women next?
