Dear Sir,
Regarding the Fun Fair at The Hunstman Car Park at Woodham. I have lived in the area for 25 years and I agree with Mrs McCord that the music was too loud.
I have to open my doors to help a breathing problem, but while the Fair was there I had to keep it closed and even then could not hear the television.
I am disabled and 83 years old and I did complain about the noise to my Councillor.
