Once in a while we, the people, have an opportunity to have our views matter. It is important that we make use of our vote. Whoever you believe in, you should vote. I am for Brexit and having studied elections for over 45 years I am of the clear opinion that the Conservatives will win here in Sedgefield Constituency. Paul Howell is right I won’t have to hold my nose in voting just this once for a Tory. Having met and talked with Paul Howell, I find he is a local man, with no attitude or ego or party dogma, or chip on his shoulder, just a pleasant intelligent and listening personality. A proven Durham County Councillor for Aycliffe North and Middridge Ward. I was impressed by his facebook video showing where he lived and grew up in Newton Aycliffe, Sugar Hill School, his father was an Aycliffe Fireman. If you want Brexit the surest way is to not split the Brexit Vote. The opinion poll data clearly shows a consistent Conservative lead in this constituency if everyone who voted for Brexit votes for Paul Howell Conservative, rather than split the Brexit vote, he will win and we get an MP committed to Brexit. Let’s drain the swamp of Parliament by returning fresh, capable people who are open minded rather than anti Brexit, anti-democratic. We will enable Jeremy Corbyn to retire gracefully to his North London Allotment, and for Labour, after a few years of turmoil, find itself back in the moderate centre ground not Blairite, not hard left. This Country is far from perfect, but I cannot stand those who seem to hate our Country and are always siding with our enemies. Everyone who cares is usually centre ground, either slightly left or right on different issues but moderate in all things. No single Party has a monopoly on wisdom. When I vote I do so on the basis of voting for the best person irrespective of Party. We are indeed fortunate in Paul Howell, a fine well rounded, working class, thoughtful individual, who, if elected, will be a powerful voice for Aycliffe and the North East. I must confess I also prefer Boris for PM rather than Jeremy.
Vote for Paul Howell for Brexit, but in any event wherever you stand use your democratic vote, you do matter.
