We have had some illness this week, three little ones have had upset tummies, the right medication at the correct dose should hopefully see some improvement by this weekend. They have coccidiosis which is bacterial, sometimes the stress of captivity causes these ailments. One thing I have to say is that despite the medicine tasting awful, this little lady called Tiny wanted to show off her smile for you all, a proper sweetie I am sure you will agree.
I have been in contact with The British Hedgehog Preservation Society, they have said that the continuous rain we have had is washing a lot of hedgehogs out of their homes and food is also hard to find, they still need people to ring them for help and advice on 01584 890801.
As I mentioned last week we will be fundraising at two Easter Fairs the first is at The Big Club on Saturday 14th March and on Saturday 28th March at Neville Parade Methodist Church, please come and see us.
