Former Woodham student Daniel West married Elizabeth Littlefair at St. John the Baptist Church at Egglescliffe on 17th October 2015. The couple met in Yarm and after a whirlwind romantic holiday in Barcelona David popped the question on bended knee. Lizzie a keen horsewoman longed for a horse and carriage to take her to the Church on her Wedding Day, but decided it was too costly.
However not wanting to disappoint his bride Daniel arranged for this special transport and when Lizzie came out of her house she was completely overwhelmed. The Reception was held at Redworth Hall followed by an evening celebration for over 100 guests.
The Best Man was Garry West, Bridesmaids: Caroline Wilkinson, Nicola Ledley, Sarah West, Helen Foulds, Becky Ledley and Charlotte Wilkinson. Ushers: Paul Wilkinson and John Ledley; Ring Bearers: Adam Ledley and Harry West. The couple spent their honeymoon in Aruba and on their return began their married life in Middleton St. George.
