Thanks from The Scouts

Dear Sir,

On behalf of the 1st Newton Aycliffe Scout Grooup may I thank everyone who donated the fabulous prizes for our Tombola Stall at the Great Aycliffe Show especially acquaintances  and friends of my wife Evelyn.

Thanks to the leaders, parent helpers, adult members and the Cubs who came along in uniform to help staff the marquee to raise funds for the group. Without them we coul;d not have managed the stall.

Thanks also to the people whyo have helped us financially in the past including CAVOS, various councillors and Honest John who always gives great financial support.

Part of the funds raised enabled us to buy the large Gala Tent we used at the Show.
