Dear Sir, May I thank the staff at the Phoenix Club and passers by who helped my wife Gwen when she fell headlong out of  her wheelchair on the 25th June. They helped and comforted her until the ambulance arrived to take her to Darlington Hospital where she received great care for her injuries. I am pleased to report she is now fully recovered and wishes with me to express our appreciation. John McMillan
