We would like to say a huge thank you to Gaz Horner for his quick thinking and the neighbours in Honister Place who helped put out Madison’s bin fire on Tuesday night. Someone deliberately set fire to her recycle bin which, without Gaz spotting the fire & his quick thinking and actions to put it out, could have been much worse … the car that is parked in the drive and the fence could have gone up in flames too. The car does have slight burn damage to it as the fire started to go underneath it.
The police & fire brigade have been in attendance and it is down as arson, so I hope whoever it is gets caught and dealt with as my daughter & grandson could’ve been hurt.
Thank you all once again, including the fire brigade and police who were lovely and very helpful.
