The sun shone and the music played throughout the TESCO Fun Day which helped raise funds for good causes.
Alison and Kath wish to thank hosts TESCO for enabling them to raise £103.00 for the County Durham Foodbank.
Thanks also to all who donated prizes, to Aycliffe Radio, the local Police and Fire Brigade; and to all the good folk who came along to support us, had fun and bought tickets.
The money raised will be used to buy shortages during the summer period.
Foodbank require tinned spaghetti, sugar, fruit juice (long life), coffee, instant mashed potato and sponge puddings.
