50 years on the Newton Aycliffe Boys Club Under 18’s Football Team held a re-union at Woodham Golf Club which everyone enjoyed. Unfortunately the Goal-keeper John Vickers and Centre Forward Keith Summers were unable to attend. This was the first time most of the players had seen each other since 1967.  The Manager David Kell died at an early age, but he was not forgotten at this meeting of the team who raised their glasses in a toast to his memory. The players remembered his dedication and coaching skills which helped them to success as a team.
