Councillor Dorothy Bowman, who has worked with the elderly in the community for many years, would like to offer her services to the older, lonely and vulnerable people of Newton Aycliffe during this very difficult Coronavirus time.
‘Caring, Sharing and Working Together’ in our Community of Newton Aycliffe has always been one of her main priorities over the last 20 years and feels that there is no greater need for Talking and Listening at this present time with the exception of the World War years, which some of us will remember.
There will always be one of two numbers, which are 01325 308094, this has an answer machine occasionally, or 07967 901477, in no circumstances will alternative numbers be used.
‘New Friends New Places’, the Tuesday Group and ‘Men Talking Together’ ran and organised by Cllr Dorothy Bowman are closed until further notice.
