Pupils from Sugar Hill Primary School took part in the recent Cross-Country races at Ferryhill Business and Enterprise College. Competing against several local primary schools, the children secured some fantastic placed finishes despite the terrible weather on the day.
Particular praise must go to Jamie-Lee Foster, who won the Year 5/6 Boys’ Race in an excellent time. All the children ran really well and the teaching staff would like to give them a big ‘well done’ for representing the school and running so well in all of the races.
