Bishop Auckland Music Society is delighted to announce that The Fitzwilliam String Quartet – Lucy Russell (violin), Marcus Barcham-Stevens (violin), Alan George (viola), Heather Tuach (cello) – will perform works by Purcell, Mozart, Britten and Beethoven at the September 6th Concert in the Throne Room at Auckland Castle.
The Quartet are known for their breadth of repertoire and their many award-winning recordings. They have performed widely both at home and abroad and the Music Society is delighted to welcome them to Bishop Auckland. All tickets £12.50.
