On Friday 5th October the morning children from Stephenson Way Nursery visited Newton Aycliffe Fire Station. Everyone had a fantastic time.
The children looked around the Fire Station. They were especially interested in the dining room and the gym. Then the children all explored inside a Fire Engine, trying on their helmets and pretending to drive to an emergency. The best bit of all, the children squirted the fire hose, just like real firemen. The nursery staff would like to thank all of the firemen who showed us round for their time and patience.
