Fitness Classes start for Legs, Bums and Tums at Heighington Village Hall on Thursday 10th January 6-7pm.

First Class Back ONLY £1 so you can give it a try! Classes normally £3.50 on every Thursday.

Zumba classes at Aycliffe Village Hall restarting after Xmas 8th January 7-8pm.First Class FREE for you to try. Classes normally £4.00 on every Thursday. A new instructor has taken over the class with lots more new moves and lots of fun.
