On Friday 17th March, the staff and children of St. Francis’ supported Comic Relief, by raising money and taking part in a groovy Dance-Athon. We got together for a whole school boogie. It was lots of fun and we all enjoyed cutting some shapes for a good cause.
The children, families and staff, using our Go Fund Me page, and the sponsored Dance-Athon, have raised a whopping £342.00!
Thank you to all the families who have sponsored our children and donated to such a fantastic cause. It really helps the charity continue to make a positive change, £30 could pay for a support session for a young person in mental health crisis in the UK. £50 could help provide 200 meals for families at a local community centre in the UK and £100 could train a mentor in Kenya to support and help keep young girls safe and in school.
Well done St. Francis’.
