Former ‘Newton News’ deliverer for 9 years, Clarissa Nixon, married Stephen John Barker at St. Andrew’s Church, Aycliffe Village on Saturday 21st July 2012.
Clarrissa is employed as a clerk at Ladbrokes and her new husband works for the Council. The Bridesmaids were Channon Nixon, Laura Elliot, Shona Fitzgerald and Casey Nixon. The Best Man was Craige Nixon.
The Reception was held at the Aston Hotel and the couple travelled to the Lake District for their Honeymoon. The newlyweds will live in Elmfield Place and Clarissa will continue to help her younger sister Channon with her paper round.
Clarissa and Stephen would like to thank everyone who came to enjoy their special day.
