A birthday celebration of the longest serving active member was held on Easter Sunday. Club stalwart Charlie Taylor turned 80 years old and the club marked the event for Charlie.
As well as being the club’s longest serving member, Charlie is also one of the founders of “The Big Boys Club” which raises funds every Sunday for a variety of good causes.
They provide money for the children’s summer trips and Christmas parties, as well as donating to many more worthy causes.
Everyone at the Sports Club hopes Charlie enjoyed his birthday and look forward to many more!
