Group music-making has been proven to reduce stress, improve mood, and boost the immune system. It brings communities together to reduce loneliness and isolation. It’s a great way to express your individuality and an excellent tool for mindfulness and relaxation!

Many women are carers. A carer is anyone who provides unpaid support for a friend or family member who needs help due to age, illness, disability, poor mental health, or an addiction. You don’t have to be a registered carer, and did you know, mums are carers too?

Additional Support

Support is available for those who would like to attend, including help with travel costs, accessibility support, and provision of care or alternative activities for the people you care for. Just get in touch.
