The final preparations are now being made for this year’s Great Aycliffe Show, to be held on the showfield at the Oakleaf Sports Complex on August Bank Holiday weekend, 23rd – 24th August.
The craft marquee hosts displays and demonstrations of a range of crafts and hobbies, with many of the items produced available for purchase by the public.   There are still some spaces available in this marquee, at a special rate of £15 per day, the only condition being that exhibitors must be prepared to demonstrate their craft to visitors as a hobby and not as a commercial trade.
There are also some outdoor spaces available for trade organisations and for fundraisers, although all refreshment franchises have been let.
