Shane Hutchinson, Princes Trust volunteer, made special farewell dishes as he finished his stint at The Cubby.
He treated the regulars to a special chicken and mushroom pie and two jam roly poly tarts.
“Shane was with us for two weeks and adapted very well to the challenges that faced him. His pastries were absolutely excellent, and he will be greatly missed. I would recommend him to any one in the catering industry” said Councillor Bill Blenkinsopp
