Eleanor Grace Johnson, aged 7, a student at Aycliffe Village Primary School is learning to play Jazz and Orchestral Flute. She was one of the youngest performers taking part in a musical showcase recently and was chosen to perform with the Sedgefield District Wind Band on The Sage Concourse.
Elaeanor told Newton News: “Playing my flute at the Sage was amazing. I was really nervous and excited at the same time. I loved playing the songs with my friends from the wind band and would like to do it all again”
