Old Oaks Senior Section, formerly Woodham Golf Club Senior Section, held their second Annual General Meeting at Oak Leaf Leisure Centre on Monday 15th December where they have been made to feel most welcome by Great Aycliffe Town Council, the Golf Club and Sports Complex since October 2013.
The golf section had a very good year and all events have been well attended. During the year members have raised money by contributing to the Captain’s Charity and Mr Ken Crocher the Section’s Captain was very pleased to present a cheque for £623.00 to Mr David Jones, Senior Fund Raising Manager at St Teresa’s Hospice, Darlington.
