Dear Sir,
In reply to last week’s hysterical letter about Brexit, may I simply remind readers of the ‘six tests’ which Labour requires for an acceptable Brexit deal, viz.:
1. a beneficial future relationship with the EU.
2. the exact same benefits as we currently have.
3. migration which works in the interests of the economy and communities.
4. continuation of our rights and protections.
5. a continued capacity to tackle cross-border crime and terrorism.
6. a good deal for all regions and nations of the UK.
Surely everybody wants these outcomes?
