The event targets all year 6 primary school children throughout County Durham and Darlington areas and is designed to fit in with the “Every Child Matters” agenda, providing the young people with the necessary life skills to keep themselves and others safe in the future. This year 3400 students will be involved from across 107 schools.
Agencies that were involved at this year’s event were:
Fire and Rescue Service – Fire Safety
Northern Power Grid – Electricity Safety
