Members of Aycliffe Running Club joined thousands of other runners on Sunday 5th November for the annual 10K Abbey Dash Race in Leeds.
It started in the City Centre on Wellington Street and headed towards Kirkstall Abbey where the runners then turned and headed back to finish in front of cheering crowds at Leeds Town Hall.
First to complete the race for Aycliffe was John Surtees in a PB of 34:58 followed by Tracey Surtees in PB of 42:29. Next was Dave Blewitt 44:09, Trish Kay 49:04 and Lisa Sheldon 1:00:43.
