Livin have just completed a small housing project at Elmfield and nearby resident Jane Parsonage contacted Newton News to congratulate the social landlord on their work.
“I have never come across such an organised team of workers from start to finish.They were skilful, and cleaned up at night locking everything away. The work is now all complete with lovely gardens. A big thanks to you all,” said Jane.
Wayne Harris, Executive Director Property and Development says, “we are very proud of the Elmfield development, which consists of 12 beautifully finished new homes on the former infill sites of Elmfield Place and Linden Place in Newton Aycliffe.
The building works have been carried out by locally based Esh Property Services, a partner in the Considerate Constructors Scheme, whose professionalism and workmanship are second to none.
The level of interest from local families has been extremely high for these homes. Eight of the properties are now occupied with the final four due to be completed within the next few days.
