A number of trees, under the Town Council’s ownership, have been damaged/vandalised at School Aycliffe. The trees are located on the walkway to the rear of Forresters Path and Hansard Close. In some cases, the damage is so extensive that the trees may require removal at a cost to the Council and thus to the residents of Great Aycliffe. The Council has reported the damage to the Police, but in addition would ask for any witnesses to this act of vandalism and damage to contact the Council directly on 01325 300700.
