The new owners and managers, Carl and Callum, at the fully refurbished Foresters Arms are open for business and welcome old and new visitors.
The Foresters Arms new owners have refurbished the premises to a high standard and offer a restaurant, bar and games room with planned regular events including a monthly band or singer, Thursday quiz night and Saturday disco/karaoke.
The restaurant and bar can accommodate diners who wish to eat from the extensive menu and offer daily meal deals and specials as well as traditional pub grub. The kitchens are open for orders Tuesday to Friday from 4-8.30pm; Saturday 12-6.30pm and Sunday 12-5pm.
The bar offers a range of beers, lagers and wines and as a freehouse will regularly serve guest ales. Happy hour is a daily event between 7 and 8pm.
Future plans involve building a separate function room in the large beer garden for private parties. The Foresters Arms also offer the facilities for private parties and bookings for Christmas are now being taken (open Christmas Day).
