Zanshin Kai Karate based at Woodham Community Centre held the first club grading of 2018 starting off with its Red Dragons Cadets class on Thursday 29th March. These Karate kids showed great spirit, effort & technique throughout the grade test & all of our Instructors and assistants would like to say congratulations & well done to the youngest members of our club, who all successfully gained their new belts. 3rd Mon Brown belt: Maddison Fenton, Martha Noble, Adam Smith, Emma Smith, Lola Giudice & Joey Hayman 5th Mon Blue belt: Travis Alton, Maisie Cochrane. 7th Mon Orange belt: Will Farrow, Izzy Lambert, Max Holehouse, Thomas Towler & Ella Myers.
Zanshin-Kai Red Dragons is a class specifically for children who range in ages from 5-9. The class aims to introduce children to the benefits of sport, exercise & the values of the Martial arts. All our instructors are insured, first aid trained and have undergone advanced disclosure checks with the criminal records bureau and been cleared to work with children and vulnerable adults.
