Our attention is brought to a great, astonishing and unbelievable event of a Puppet who wants to be a boy. Yes, this is real, a puppet with no strings made by a great puppet maker named Gipetto, and his astonishing story is to be told on stage at the Shildon Civic Hall.
Pinocchio will be performed on Friday and Saturday 9th / 10th November at 7.30pm, then again after lunch on Sunday with a 2pm start. This magical story has everything from Adventure to comedy, singing and dancing and plenty to keep ALL the family well entertained. So come down and meet Pinocchio and meet all the colourful characters.
A member of the group stated, “this is a loveable story which every child will have heard of or would have read, so we thought it was time to bring the story alive on stage. All our members come from Aycliffe, Shildon, Chilton and Bishop so it would be great to get the support of our local community.
