This has been a fantastic week of bowling especially for the M&MS as they won 6-2 over the leaders The Clanger. Marcus Baker was his team’s top bowler with three games concisting of 174-213-213, a total of 600. His partner Jan Hail bowled 123-145-106-374 a scratch total of 947 with handicap. The total is 1196.
They take over the top of the table from The Clangers. Marcus takes the scratch high game with the 213 and with his partner take the high series with handicap of 1196.
There were just two other games played and that was Late Starter against Pinheads. They played out a draw with 4-4 each.  The Pinheads stay in third place and Late Starter move up to sixth in the league.The other two teams to play were Shildon Striker against the Optimists finishing 3-5 to The Optimists,
The Shildon Strikers jumped from eighth to fifth place. The Optimists move one place up from bottom to ninth, All the other four teams have out standing games to play.
