PCP’s Summer Fair on the 11th of July had over 300 visitors from Newton Aycliffe and further afield as part of The Aycliffe Festival 2015.
From upcycling sessions to CV checking, Athlefun to Animal Antics and Pilates to Punch and Judy, the day showcased the full range of work done by the PCP across County Durham and Tees at the charity’s headquarters, the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe.
The event organisers, led by Claire Todd, Funding and Development Manager, were thrilled with feedback received on the day:
“We heard compliments about the range of activities on offer from many attendees, some of whom had come to visit the Pioneering Care Centre for the very first time. We’d like to thank all staff and volunteers for their hard work in making the day so enjoyable and welcome visitors to come back to the Centre to benefit from our ongoing programme of events and activities.”
